Nice work, looks like you have used glossy paint? I always only use matt paint as this in my eyes looks more "real". Also I think that the figure could use a little more shading

Best regards

No glossy paint but I've used/tested a varnish (semi gloss clear) which gave the undesired glossy effect . The varnish took apparently alo the shading away. Just tried to correct it.

I would always prefer the brush . I never use anything else than a brush for painting .
I don´t spray at all . I work in my Living Room , so i can´t spray , even if i would ... my wife would kill me .

Always use a brush! This way you are able to avoid puddles of varnish on your figure. Some time ago I´ve dipped a figure into "army painter wash" and it was horrible. And when it was dry there was a glossy effect :-(

Sometimes the clear matt turns glossy, paint again untill it's correct.
And do not use Enamels paint cause it sometimes ruin the under paint.
Rater use water based matt and glossy
