I saw here the Paul's and Ignace's works, so I dare to post my Normans....
I painted 2 sets: "Normans on The March" and "Norman Cavalry on The March"
Even they are not so easy to paint, I love them!
For both, I painted each figure (even horses) in a different way: they are all different... (yes I know it's crazy!)
I try to paint too all the shields and flags (first time I try to do that!)
Well.... I post some pictures, so you see the results!
1-more picture to see on Benno's

2-more pictures on Benno's

3-and the whole "Normans Army on the March":

Thanks!

Thanks Paul!
it's normal that you missed it: I post too much works on the Gallery!

You understand now why I said that you are working too quickly on the Normans sets?

Nice setting. The dark ages have always been a favorite topic. I'm going to see the re-enactment of the battle of hastings next weekend together with my son. Hopefully the weather isn't too bad.

thanks Ignace!
... like always, the historical accuracy is not my principal motivation ()
I like the STRELETS and all their many sets of Normans are a pleasure to paint!
Maybe, I will find some enemies for fighting (or not!) against them!
(always STRELETS, to complete the "collection"!)

hope that you will have a nice week-end!
a re-enactment of Hastings????? wahou!!! a big work, I suppose!
(some pictures, after??)

Great, I am not that much into Strelets as their style is a little bulky, but these dioramas looks great!

Best regards
