Well I do plan a version with full sail, another design of the back end and some "tents" for personnel to sleep beneath. But this will take time to do and finance. Regarding the price then it is difficult to see as this will be "print yourself" available and therefore depends mostly on the cost of the material. But we did anything to make it as cheap as possible and for the complete ship (delivered assembled by UPS at your doorstep), the mast/sail set and lots of cargo the aim is to keep the price below 150€... If this is expensive or not I do not know but you get a fantastic medieval ship 39,5cm long and 9,6 cm wide.
And this will most likely just sell a few sets, so it will be a collectors item quite fast I think... So buy now :0)

I already see a future dioramas with the boat at the port ... And full of civilians with trucks carrying the load ... most other elements.

A short status on the kogge project which has turned out to be much more complicated then first expected. The ship has now been divided into two parts and the material selected are Frosted detail, which are better, but more expensive then the white strong and flexible which we initially wanted to use.
The mast is cast and ready and the two half should arrive on the 21st of December. The cargo need some adjustment but more on this shortly.

I am thoroughly confused (and no I have not yet started celebrating), is this going to be a "paper" model instead of plastic or resin kit like the Zvevda Cog. I have tried paper models and the results were dismal (I am not good at working with this type of medium). In another post it was mentioned that it would be "plastic". I deduct that it maybe printed on very thin plastic sheets. Am I correct?

Hi Denis,
No you are not correct, this will not be paper or plastic like the Zvezda. The paper models do not work that well in my opinion and the injection kits like Zvezda are cheap to produce, but you need to sell thousands to get the investment back...
So what I have done is that I made the ship virtually in 3D on a computer. Then the files are uploaded to a site where they can print 3D files in plastic on a 3D printer. So when you (hope you do) or a Kogge, then the company puts the files to the printer and when printed they ship the 2-3 parts in one box for you, and you glue the 2-3 parts together and you have a complete and detailed 38,5cm big medieval warship...

Yes, that is because the printer can print parts down to 0,3-0,5mm thick and it can make the ladders, the deck, the "castle", the doors etc... everything in one piece at one time. So the entire ship will be the front, the back and the mast... an cargo optional.
I hope to have the test shot next week, and I will prime and add pictures.
Best regards
