Hi all,

It is expensive to continue to develop figures and I still have a dream to continue to develop my own collection and by this the range of figures in the Valdemar range. I did look at the setup at Kickstarter.com and would like to test this initially here and if not a success somewhere else.

The concept:
It costs 50 euro to be part investor in the set, these money are used to help cover some of the development costs. What you get are that you help the range grow and you get 1 sample set from the first testshots, so you will get the figures way before anyone else.

How:
You sign of for 1 share (10 total) and when all ten are sold the project will begin. If the project are not completed you will get your money back.

Anyone who would be interested in this? First project would be a new battle set with 10 figures.

Thanks for replies and private mails, so far 3 collectors have committed to the work and 7 more and the project will be started
I plan to use other forums and hope that collectors also will help spread the word...

Well to those who already did say they would support, many thanks and to those who would like to support but not have the financial possibilities, also thanks, your support are also important for me/us.

Some did ask what will the battleset consist of and so far I just know the title and that there will both mounted and dismounted figures... Knights vs Russian warriors or Muslim warriors. There are already several sets with dead soldiers in, but maybe one wounded will be part of the set. 10-12 masters are included the horses as they count for one master.

The idea is that this set will be brutal!!!

Well the project will soon be started and details sent to the "investors". Here they will be informed on different steps and also have influence on the design....

To those who have signed up to be a part a private message has been send with link to a site with suggestion pictures for the poses. This is the first step, next is to choose which poses should be in the set and if saraceen vs crusaders or Teutonic knights vs russians. When this is decided the pictures and descriptions will be send to the sculpturer and then we have to wait...
