Medieval medium sized ship

Hi all,

We have started work on a new ship for the fleet. The ship will be a smaller ship/boat which will be about 13,5cm long and 3,5cm wide and be made for both oars and for sail. This model is inspired by the rowing boats from the latest Robin Hood movie, just wider and with the possibility for a mast.

If a success then we have plans to do the Teutonic riverboat "Pilgram" so the Valdemar navy will be three ships total...

More info soon.

Still trying to find if there is a way to cast the ship, at this point it is only available in the 3D shop.

Hi All,

Here is the first images of the second ship, which will be a medium sized boat/ship at a length of about 12-13 cm, the mast is optimal and the sail can be up, at the middle or down. There will be a few corrections as the ship will be a waterline model, the sail will be part released at the ends and there will be forks for the oars and a oar rudder at the back.

Here is the updated boat, it has been made as waterline model, only the places for the oars are missing.

Hi,

The 3D printed version will come without oars, but the plan is to have it casted in resin or metal and then oars will be added. The boat is complete and the first test sample has been ordered and I will share as soon as it does arrive.
