I visited two WE since the year 2000. WE2002 in Rome and WE2008 Girona. It's a great event and the atmosphere is always amazing!! Unfortunately I will be missing this year's Expo :-( It's too bloody expensive for us Maltese modellers. We only have direct flights to Geneve and Zurich.

Flights with connections are priced on easyjet hyper resonances.
I think that we should not do too many ideas on prices in Switzerland. It is much cheaper than anywhere in Europe with your hyper euro top!
But hey never mind ...

Le samedi 20 août 2011, à 17h15, le cortège partira de Centre des Congrès de Montreux - 2m2c, suivra la Grand Rue, passera devant le casino et reviendra sur la place du Marché.
La légion romaine ouvrira ce défilé historique, devant les troupes historiques avec les voltigeurs de l'Empire, suivies par la cavalerie, l'artillerie hippomobile et les mousquetaires des milices vaudoises, escortées par les véhicules historiques de la 2ème Guerre mondiale. Le défilé, agrémenté des fanfares de la région, permettra de voir réellement ce que vous aurez pu voir en petit dans les locaux du Centre des Congrès de Montreux – 2m2c.
