Very nice. such a medieval building site I want to do in the future once.

Well we plan to do the builders as plastic injection and this just takes more time, hope that Alex can give some feed back on the time?

Have only just seen this - awe inspiring. Re filling: Have you tried clay-based cat litter? A sack of the stuff costs less than a tiny pack of model railway scatter and will last a lifetime - unless, like us, you have a cat...
